Taranpreet has been a part of the Indian retail transformation story in the field of Apparel & Fashion, Consumer Durables, Consumer Electronics & IT retail.
Taranpreet has previously worked with organizations like Apple, TATA & ITC across various roles and has been an astute, dynamic and young retail professional who has seen the evolution of the retail business from Brick & Mortar to Phygital to Omni Channel Retail and championed many success stories in this journey.

Taranpreet dons multiple hats and strives by a belief to make things happen. He is currently working as a Managing Partner at Expansion Masters, which is a Retail Services agency, partnering with brands like Nike , Levi’s, Converse, Guess, Jordan, Rookie USA, Faballey / Indya among others. He is also a Co-Founder at The Right Step Consultancy which is a management consulting firm.

Abhishek is a seasoned retail professional with a vast array of experience of more than 17 years. A passionate mind, who enjoys taking up challenges and has shaped his career on learnings from the corporate work front.
With a masters in MBA and specialization in sales & marketing, Abhishek’s forte has been to build long-term relations and delivering assignments to result oriented outputs. He places his exclusivity in the retail domain and training people. In his corporate journey so far, he has mastered the art of delivering projects in Sales & Operations, making in-roads into retail outlets and exploring the right avenues, rooting in proper analysis in sorting profitable margins, calculating GMROF and PSFPD, drawing the P&L and ROI, smartly strategizing the marketing management to maximize beyond the potential and meet the estimated EBITDA for the companies.
Major achievements on the work front, has been him spearheading the introduction of the brand KAZO to more than 120 POS. Another feat was reaching more than 1400 POS for the brand Only Vimal, during his tenure with Reliance. He is a core member of All India Retail Group (AIRG) and All India Training Association for Corporate in different states of the country. Apart from his involvement with various companies, Abhishek is also a principle consultant to many independent retail outlets. He is also a multi subject trainer & motivational speaker to retail companies like Reliance, Lakshita & Shopping Post.
